The Student House launched in the year 2024 is the most modern and comfortable dormitory among all KNRTU-KAI housing facilitles. The 15-storey building consists of "blocks" - two-bedroom apartments with a bathroom and a full-size kitchen in each block.

Dormitory rooms are designed to accommodate two or three students are equipped with furniture and appliances: each bedroom has comfortable beds with bedside cabinets, and sets of linen, a wardrobe, a desk and set of chairs. Each block is equipped with a kitchenette with a set of proper appliances.

The Student House offers its residents a wide variety of common spaces: a reading room, several study spaces, a gym equipped with ping-pong tables and several self-service laundrettes with modern laundry machines. The dormitory complies with the newest safety regulations and guarantees 24/7 security provided by the Student Security Service and a private guard company.
