The course includes an introductory course on Bionics that covers the areas of bionical application of digital devices based on microprocessor and microcontroller boards. A large piece of attention is paid to workshop classes planned and designed with the use of Arduino UNO board. Separate classes are devoted to exploration and design of Arduino-based electronic devices and microcontroller-based devices in general, script developing and multi-tasking implementation on Arduino platform as well as neural technologies modeling. A complex of workshops and individual classes and projects provides an opportunity to master practical skills of digital electronic circuit design and adjustment that are known as necessary competencies for further professional jobs. Students will obtain valuable experience of algorithm, program and electronic circuitry development. In addition to classroom-based training, students will be provided with an opportunity to visit modern industrial enterprises in the area of electronic device and cyberphysical system design.
